Jon has been a consultant since 1988 and is the principal of Calgary based HarGroup Management Consultants. Jon has a strong background in marketing, organizational planning, business and strategic planning and research. Jon's deep expertise in community based market research and analysis includes a range of methodologies including; surveys (mail, telephone, internet and customer intercept), focus groups and in-depth interviews. The monthly, HarGroup Omnibus survey of Albertans is a valuable tool that provides Connect client's real-time accurate and unbiased research to support the development and understand the impact of their community initiatives. Jon's project experience includes a wide range of assignments in both the public and private sectors and his understanding of the need for planning in order to achieve organizational and business strategies provides Connect clients with the direction they require to be successful.
